Black is a mysterious color in Brain Burst and nobody really knows what it stands for, completely different than other colors available in the game. This fits perfectly to Kuroyukihime, who is a pretty mysterious character herself.
She doesnt even talk about why she really wants to clear the game, untill much later in the LN's, in parts that were not even in the anime.As for the second point, she is a badass character and black/dark purple color scheme complements that attribute of hers.Yes, she has dual blades, but that ties in to my last point. He obviously has an extremely similar personality to Kirito (the way he talks and such). He's a dual wielder just like Kirito.
